Redbus — Ticket booked, but did not get the ticket details

I booked the bus through redbus webpage for travel from Chennai to Bangalore for SRS travels.
The amount was paid via gpay. We did not get any confirmation about ticket no etc.

Can you please have a look and confirm at the earliest

Date of Booking - 21st October
Amount - Rs.2100
Transaction id[protected]
Time of transaction - 11.41 am
Mode of Payment - Gpay from Canara Bank

Can you please have a look and reverse the amount immediately
