Redbus — Ticket booked from redbus but operator not accepted

I have booked ticket on 8th oct 2016 to travel from
Ranchi - patna sunday, october 9, 2016
Ticket no: tjb[protected]
Pnr no: ybej9h3

Boarding person: female

On 9th oct, called to bus operator to confirm but they denied the bus availabilty and ask to cancel the ticket.

Since we have not been informed earlier and date of travel is same, there is 100% cancellation charge.
Since boarding person is female we have booked another ticket and did not wait for this ticket closure.

Please look into the matter.
