I have tried a booking from Bangalore-Sindhanur for Meenakshi Travels ( Non A/C Sleeper (2+1)) Boarding from Anand Rao Circle - 09:30 PM for 19th Jul'15 with Red bus website. And the money got debited from my bank account but I got the failure message that == Oops, we could not book seats for your onward journey. (Trip id :[protected]
WHY == Due to some technical reasons we were not able to complete your booking and we have already received an amount of Rs. 600
NEXT == Don't worry we will try and call you to help complete your booking with trip id : 56401886. Please use this trip id for further communication regarding this booking.
The above message is the error message I received, I have called to customer care for redbus, the advisor SONU has received the call and spoke arrogantly and there is no resolution possible apart from refunding the amount, but my initial expectation would be to book a ticket. And the call has been transfered to Manger(Keshav) and he too arrogant towards the customers.
What is going ON ????
