I had booked ticket from Kolhapur to Vashi as on 20th Aug, 2022 in INR 699/- for journey as on 6th Sep, 2022 evening.
I have received call & message from bus operator on journey day morning that bus has been canceled due to technical issue pls collect your refund from online.
When i have approached same operator Manjunath Travels in evening they have given reservation with INR 1600/-.
Refund of INR 699/- has been processed by red bus.
Red bus need to refund additional INR 900/- which has been forcefully collected from me for same journey. If red bus is having trusted operates then they need to provide alternate ticket in same cost. Was this information helpful? |
