Dear red bus team last month i have booked a ticket in your website and some of my personnel problems i am cancelled my ticket but till date i don't have received my money what is this this is not a good. Tkay51430977 this is my ticket id you check the date when i am booked and check today date very long time period you have taken at same day i have booked a ticket in train after i have cancelled the ticket but with in two days i have return my money from that, till i don't have received my money from you, Dear red bus team please check my ticket and refund my amount to my account.
