[Resolved]  Redbus — ticket cancellation amount

Dear red bus team last month i have booked a ticket in your website and some of my personnel problems i am cancelled my ticket but till date i don't have received my money what is this this is not a good. Tkay51430977 this is my ticket id you check the date when i am booked and check today date very long time period you have taken at same day i have booked a ticket in train after i have cancelled the ticket but with in two days i have return my money from that, till i don't have received my money from you,
Dear red bus team please check my ticket and refund my amount to my account.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. On checking with our bus operator the bus stands cancelled due to a mechanical issue and we have processed the refund today in your bank account it will reflect within 7 working days as per banking procedure.

ok but i am cancelled my ticket past 45 days ago but till i don't receive my money check and ASAP refund my amount
