Verified Support Mar 09, 2018 Red Bus Customer Care's response Hi Archana, Greetings from redBus!!! We regret the inconvenience caused. We had initiated refund from our end on Feb 23rd 2018. However because of technical glitch refund was not credited back to your account. We have initiated refund again on March 9th 2018. It will be credited back to payment source in 7 bank working days.
