My TICKET NO IS :TK3Q85245326

PNR NO: RB42388775

I have booked my ticket on 21.2.2017. traveling date by 22.2.2017 from chennai to udumalaipet.

due to bad health condition i am unable to travel that. i want to cancel the ticket.

when i calling to customer care number there is no responses and not willing to cancel to my ticket by concerned.

pls do cancel my ticket immediately and return back my money.

We understand your concern, however once the ticket is generated. We'll not be able to modify it even the cancellation policy if the ticket is also expired. Unfortunately, we will not be able to do much in this issue.
