[Resolved] Redbus — ticket cancellation | |
I booked a ticket for 2nd nov and i want to cancel it but redbus is denying to cancel the ticket even though there are no policies mentioning that ticket is non cancellable. On ticket it is written that it can be cancelled before 2nd nov but redbus is denying it. They have mentioned on the ticket that it can be cancelled but now they are not doing it.
