[Resolved]  Redbus — Ticket cancellation

I have booked in redbus, ticket No.: TR9H22001263 PNR:K6147141.From: Bangalore To: Kozhikode, Date: 03.09.22, But when I tried to cancel the ticket it's showing not possible to cancel the ticket.

I have tried to cancel the ticket on Aug 20th, still no response from redbus customer service.
