[Resolved] Redbus — ticket cancellation facility not provided (vinayaka travels) | |||
Sir, My name is ravi kishore on 22.11.2017 i booked ticket for my father from marturu ka to hyderabad. Actually my intention is to book from marteru but mistakenly it is mentioned as marturu ka. After booking the ticket i realized the mistake and contacted immediately the red bus customer care but they said it not possible to cancel the ticket and no money will be refunded and even not possible to alter the ticket.
