Redbus — Ticket Cancellation money not refunded

I booked bus tickets (2 tickets) in Joy Travels through Red bus on Oct 19th, 2016 from Chennai to Chinnamanur and I cancelled these tickets on Oct 21st, 2016 post which I received the message as your ticket has been cancelled successfully on the same day and the proposal number for the refund request is 5465700.

Request you to update me on when I would get the refund as the amount to be refunded is 2368.20. Please find below the ticket details.
