I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS (Ticket number (TIN): TRA[protected] from Coimbatore to Chennai for dated 4th Oct 2022) and the ticket amount was INR 2, 100/- and cancelled it on 29th Sep 2022 (tracking number is[protected]
But my problem is that still I have not received the refund amount in my bank account. Even escalated to Grievance officer. Why they are not refunding the cancellation amount is a big question and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me some response as soon as possible.
