[Resolved] Redbus — ticket cancellation scheme | |
Redbus cancelled my bus ticket on their own and on calling them they told me that i was the one who cancelled it. After arguing for a while i was informed that there was system issue owing to which the ticket was automatically cancelled am i would have to book a fresh ticket from my end. Now the tickets for the same route is almost double owing to holi. Redbud is running a money making scheme where they cancel tickets and force customers to book the same ticket at higher price so that they get a higher cut and margin all at the customers expense financially and mentally. Imagine people booking their tickets via redbus for ease of travel just to find out all their efforts are in gone in vain and they are being harassed by this company. Redbus in this case. On checking we see that operator has canceled this service from their end. Hence your ticket has been canceled and full refund has been initiated back to payment source on 17th March 2019.
