Redbus — Ticket cancelled but refund not get | |||||
Dear redbus team, Since last 18 days i am taking continuous follow up of my refund for ticket nashik to vadodara dated as 31st oct. 2016 which has been cancelled. I was booked ticket of rs. 914 using hdfc debit card. From my hdfc account rs. 914 was debited but ticket not booked. Same time i got ticket cancellation message as well as mail and assured me that my debited amount will refund within 5 to 7 days. But now after 18 days no any refund i got. When i called to your customer care, i got only assurance about my refund but no any action taken from your end. Also, as per your offer that, as book ticket from redbus app using hdfc debit card, 375 rs. Cash back will get.in this offer, if book ticket more than 1000, then, rs. 250 will credit in hdfc account and remaining rs. 125 will credit in redbus wallet. As per this offer, i booked another ticket of rs. 1217 on same day. My this ticket was booked but as per your offer, rs. 250 not credit in my hdfc account. From this incidence you have been proved that, you are failed to keep your commitment and your service is not loyal and trustful. I never book ticket with the help of redbus service in future and suggest to my all near people to avoid redbus service. I really disappointed from your service. Awaited for justice..
