[Resolved] Redbus — ticket cancelled | |
Sir My booking with redbus was made well in advance from manali to jammu with ticket number TM7S13618673 dated 6.7.18 and time 17:30. But a call from concerned bus officials received near about 15:00 hrs and they said that bus is out of order and it will not run and didn't provide any alternative. Then i called customer care redbus about our booking and asked them to provide any alternative...but customer care didn't provide any alternative bus for same day.. Then we searched the bus from redbus and then booked the another bus with ticket number TM[protected]. If we can book another bus from redbus, then why they can't provide any alternative.. One more thing, for previous booking i paid 3600 and for next one i have to pay 5250... Also till now i Haven't received any message regarding refund of cancelled bus ticket..
