Hi team, my ticket has been cancelled without my notice and now they r telling it has been cancelled by operator.
I got a message from redbus before 5 hours of my journey.
Because of festival season i have booked the ticket before 4 days.
I dont want refund. I want them to pay penalty to me..

As discussed on-call, as compensation for the inconvenience caused to you, the bus operator is refunding your ticket amount entirely. Your refund has been initiated from our end on 17th January 2020 to the mode of payment used by you for this transaction. Basis the policy of your bank the amount should reflect in your account within 7 business days.
