[Resolved] Redbus — Ticket cost is not refunded | |||||
Hi, On 26th February I didnt travel on the JTV travels bus as they told that the bus will arrive 2.30 am on 27th early morning. I have asked them to refund the money back. They haven't done this yet. This is not agreeable. Please do the needful to return my money back . Please record this compliance and give me a complaint no to track. I have the ticket in this email below. I booked a ticket from Chennai to vadacherry on feb5, 2017 using redbus.com. I used my wallet amount and partially from my bank account. After the cancellation, I didn't receive my refund amount which I used from wallet. Very worst customer service. Redubs is stealing the customer money.
