[Resolved] Redbus — Ticket cost not refunded due to error by Travel Company | |||||
On 3 March 2017, i booked a bus from Chennai to Banglore. The bus was supposed to be at 9:40 PM in my Boarding Point. the bus guys called me at 9:45 PM and told me to come to another boarding point, when i refused they told me they will drive the slowly and i can board at any of the boarding point. When i raised it with RedBus they told me to wait in the same point and they will arrange another bus. I told them i cannot wait i will book another ticket in the later time. when asked for a refund the travel guys told to get from REDBUS. When asked redbus for the refund they closed the support ticket saying they are sorry. when i asked why they closed they say the bus guys and another customer says the bus operated flawlessly so they won't refund as it was my fault.
