[Resolved] Redbus — ticket got canceled after getting confirmed ticket | |
I book a bus ticket using redbus app and i got confirmed massage of bus seat etc. After 3 days of booking one massage came that my ticket got canceled. Now when i called them they are saying that operator canceled my ticket not the bus. Now there is no availability of ticket on that day. They are totally irresponsible for their booking. People please use other plate from for bus booking, otherwise same will happen to you also. Was this information helpful? | |

I have booked a hotel room through red bus on 13/04/2018. the booking did not confirmed and the money was debited from my account. the amount is not refunded yet. i tried to contact the company but they did not resolve my problem. the transaction details is attached.
