I have booked a ticket from jaunpur to delhi and I got the call from travel agency he is saying bus is cancelled for today and if we want to go then we have to take bus from varanasi or allahabad that is about 100km far away and no possibility to catch the bus with this short time . So I am requesting to initiate the refund. Cancellation with this short notice is not acceptable.
