[Resolved] Redbus — ticket is transferred to handle the surge in demand for holidays | |||
I have booked ticket on 8th oct 6.45 pm from karur to bangalore. But my ticket has been transferred to 7.50 pm bus, though there are tickets still available in 6.45pm bus, by misleading mischievously which is nothing but an unethical just to handle the surge in demand. Redbus service agent is telling to contact the bus operator and they do not have any details about it. I had to reach bangalore before 12'o clock that day because i have a flight to catch. So if i raise a complaint, is it not the responsibility of redbus to inquire about this and give a proper response. I am not sure how to go ahead Was this information helpful? | |||
