[Resolved] Redbus — Ticket not booked...Amount not refunded | |
Hi, I have booked a ticket from chennai to karur in vivegam travels using REDBUS. Ticket booked date: 07/11/2016 Travelling date: 10/11/2016 The ticket was not booked due to some network problem..But the amount for that ticket has been taken from my account. I got a message from redbus saying that, "your amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days". But still i didn't get that amount. Ticket amount: Rs.550 Trip id (or) Reference number sent by redbus:[protected] Please respond to this email ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |
