Hi, I have booked a ticket from chennai to karur in vivegam travels using REDBUS. Ticket booked date: 20/10/2016 The ticket was not booked due to some network problem..But the amount for that ticket has been taken from my account. I got a message from redbus saying that, "your amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days". But still i didn't get that amount. Nov 22, 2016 Updated by dnyandeo patil I booked a ticket through red bus on 20.10.2016 for 31.10.2016.The amount of Rs.562 alone got debited.But ticket was not booked.Moreover, I was calling to red bus customer care so many number of times but there was no response.
