[Resolved] Redbus — ticket not booked but amount got debited | |
I tried to book tickets via redbus on feb-05 2019 in njk travels. Journey from tiruchendur to coimbatore on feb-10 2019 around 9.00 p. M.. The amount worth rs.1200 got debited but tickets were not booked. I got a notification that transaction failed. My booking id:[protected]. I want to know my refund status. While checking in redbus login i am getting a message that amount has been refunded. But my amount is not refunded still. Its sounds bad to see that a trusted service provider is not responding properly. When trying to contact customer care support call not getting connected. I want my amount to be refunded asap. We have initiated the refund for failed transaction on 5th February 2018 and it will be credited back to source account in 7 business days as per standard banking procedure.
