[Resolved] Redbus — Ticket not confirmed and amount deducted

I booked ticket for Pune from Bangalore on 6 Oct 2016 by National Travel from your portal but ticket not get confirmed and amount deducted from my account. Then I call the your customer care number as per discussion with them the deducted amount will come in your account within 7 bank working days but still not get the amount. Please needful to resolve the issue as soon as possible. This will maintain long term relationship.
