Redbus — Ticket not confirmed cash deducted | |||||
Dear sir, I had booked a ticket from payyanur to bangalore on 21/10/2016 Evening in kalpaka travels via REDBUS portal and my payment was done by my SBT debit card. But when iam looking to book the ticket it is not get confirmed and amount deducted from my account.It had been done twice and I lost my 1020 rupees from my account And I got two messages In first message there is a POS PAYUST[protected] at www.redbus.in txn#[protected] In the second message there is the same POS PAYUST[protected] at www.redbus.in and txn#[protected] The seat number is 23 Please take necessary actions to get my money back With regards Was this information helpful? | |||||
