[Resolved] Redbus — Ticket refund issues | |||||
I have booked two tickets for me to travel on the same day(Jun 5) on the same bus. I have booked the second ticket only because their app didnt provide me any notifications. So I have raised a ticket to refund the amount in the customer care. Meanwhile, I have booked another ticket. Now, they resolved the issue by allocating ticket to me. Now, I have the two ticket for the same person in the same bus. When I notified them, they told me that they will look into this issue and wait for 2-48 hours. I have raised 5 tickets now and numerous call to the support team, still not ready to accept that their app havent notified me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
