[Resolved] Redbus — tourist vehicle | |||
Hello, I had book a Force 13 seater for Shirdi with a full payment in advance. To my surprise it was a winger which I had received. With no help from redbus on Sunday morning, I had no option but procced with the trip. Causing 90 Min delay due to the hiccup and chain of vendors talking to each other. Further, the vehicle that was provided was in such a condition that I doubted if we would travel safely.(pics attached) The middle seat was moving head when applying breaks as one was the bolt was off from the base. This was a pathetic service from redbus. I am expecting a refund for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
