[Resolved] Redbus — transaction failed but money is not returned to source account

Sir, I was booking a bus ticket from redbus, which cost Rs. 955, but the booking was failed and the money was deducted and instead of returning the money to source account, that is bank, they put the money in redbus wallet. So, I want my money back to the bank account, otherwise I have to lodge a complaint against the redbus as they are not giving a good service instead they are stealing the customer's money. Following id is registered in red bus account.

On checking we see that refund for failed transaction has been credited back to redBus wallet post your confirmation. We regret to inform you that wallet amount cannot be transferred to bank account as per the terms and condition of wallet. We have closed wallet policy. I have very unpleasant experience with ticket cancellation with redbus. Both SMA travels & redbus don't want to own the cancellation process. redbus, if you are aggregating multiple travel companies you should have proper channel to cancel ticket.

Because of this I'm incurring Rs/- 1500.

Very disappointed with redbus customer care.
