[Resolved] Redbus — Transaction Failure and No Refund Confirmation

I made 3 unsuccessful attempts to book Train Ticket through red rail on 31-12-21 in which amount is deducted all 3 times, I received refund confirmation messages only for 2 transactions.
Contacted Customer Service they are unable to resolve the issue.
