[Resolved] Redbus — transfer my wallet to my credit or paytm | |||
I had book a ticket using red bus app on 3rd apirl unfortunately, i had canceled the ticket the money was transferred to my redbus wallet. I thought they may have a option to transfer the money to account. But it was not in redbus even though redbus i a one of the big service in india. Now i really don't know how to get back my money from redbus. The total amount i lost is 1215 rs. I raised a complaint to red bus they had replayed that they don't had a option to return back the wallet amount. If you don't had any such option please remove the wallet option in you redbus.
