[Resolved] Redbus — Trip cancelled by operator but got no response from redbus

I got message from Garydalaya travels saying that due to some issue with bus my ticket has been cancelled and full refund will be issued
When I contact them they ask me to contact red bus and when I called your customer support call was waiting n got disconnect automatically
I would like to have refund for this trip

But so far my money is not refunded and I'm not getting any response from redbus for my mail

Got response from redbus and got my refund after 15 days from date of booking...pathetic experience and worst customer service...their contact number just looting our money and cut the call at end...modern way of stealing

Money got deduced from account but ticket not booked and i received following from redbus

Dear Customer,

Your trip id is :[protected]

We have received your payment of Rs.848. We are sorry that we could
not book the seat you chose.

Our customer care officer will get in touch with you shortly. You may
choose to book a seat or request for a refund then.

This incident happened on[protected] and so far I havent hear word from redbus and they are not replying to my mail and not picking my calls
I would like to have my refund ASAP
Very disappointing service
