[Resolved] Redbus — unable to board the bus arrange refund immediately | |||
Dear team, I would like to narrate a horrible experience that has happened yesterday which was never expected. It is very unfortunate. I shiladitya chakraborty purchased a ticket from durgapur to kolkata, ticket no tn9b11449495 bearing the pnr no: ctc257306, seat no's : 21 & 22. Date of transaction : 14/8/2019 Date of travel : 18/08/2019 Total amount paid : rs. 667.92. Inspite of paying such hefty amount i along with my wife was not able to board the bus. All buses plying from kolkata to durgapur and return stops at muchipara bus stop.in the past i have travelled multiple times and there were no issues to board the bus from muchipara like other passengers. Unlike yesterday it was a totally horrible experience and even after trying to stop the bus by showing hands to the driver the bus never stopped. Volbo and other buses which plies in the same route stops at muchipara bus stop and i had no idea or intimation that this bus will not give a hault at muchipara. I was shattered and again i had to purchase a different ticket from muchipara and then i had to come. It was a personal emergency but all because of same i was not able to make it at the right time. Also for your information the timing provided by you also seems to be incorrect. When i spoke to the concerned person i have found the bus departure time was 14:25 pm and not 14:10 pm as mentioned in the e-ticket. So was not a correct information and had to wait longer in rain because of the same and was also not able board the bus. I request red bus management to kindly arrange the refund immediately as i had purchased the ticket from your site.
