As mentioned in your Help portal, if i cancel the ticket before 12th Jan 5.00PM only 10% will be deducted.
However when i tried to cancel the ticket today, i am unable to cancel.
Please let me know why this is not getting cancelled as my journey date is on 14th Jan 2022 only.
Since i got affected by COVID, i am forced to cancel this booking.
