[Resolved] Redbus — Unable to cancel my ticket through app, customer care and through web

Worst app no one responding over the customer care... I have tried to cancel the ticket the call in queue for more than 1hour cheating app.. I have mailed for the same no response.
I know that can you check my mail... I have tried with redbus and srs team to cancel the ticket.. Srs team said it won't possible from their end. And came to know it's only possible from redbus team.. After that from 8:25 i am trying with redbus customer care.. And i have sent the mail to the support team for the same
