[Resolved] Redbus — unable to cancel ticket just 1 sec after booking

Want to cancel my ticket no. Tmbv65339135 tried hundreds of time online and through customer support also, but all in vain. Actually, i wanted to book the ticket for 06/11/2018, somehow wrongfully booked ticket for 01/11/2018. I want to cancel it but unable to do so, i have tried every possible way out. Please cancel my ticket. Customer care support is not picking up the call

We regret the inconvenience. However, we found that the ticket was booked correctly as per the request received from you and no error occurred. We would also like to inform you that as per operator's cancellation policy, cancellation window had expired. Hence ticket was not canceled. We request you to refer E-ticket for more clarification on ticket cancellation policy.
