Hi wanted to reschedule Ticket Number: TRC[protected] | PNR No: 15433
I tried for hours from 10 AM to reschedule But it was giving different errors like something went wrong, try after 12 minutes, no bus found and finally window got closed.
The redbus customercare is not reachable for this purpose. Their 24/7 customer care numbers donot reach to any representative, rather it stops with automated pre-recorded voices.
App portal help option too don’t have option for this query.
I dropped mail to [protected]@redbus.in no joy.
In the evening finally after trying all options one by one I reached to customer care agent, but he didn’t give any productive response after putting me on hold for 20 mins.
