[Resolved]  Redbus — unable to use wallet amount for bus booking

I had cancelled my below tickets and the amount was credited to my redbus wallet but now i have amount of 2263 in my redbus wallet account but i am unable to use it for bus booking.. So i request you to tranfer the respective amount to my bank account.
