[Resolved] Redbus — unavailability of bus in the last moment and no prior notice

I booked two tickets from byleuppe to bangalore on 1st nov 2017, the tickets were arranged in ashwani travels at 11:45pm. The contact numbers given were switched off when i tried contacting because the bus was not arrived even after the expected time. I contacted the customer care of red bus and they provided a contact number ([protected]). When i contacted i did not get any positive reply and got a text message that the bus is cancelled. We were two females stuck under threat of safety at midnight and the company was irresponsible in taking care of our travel needs. I request you to refund tickets price as well as to provide us compensation for the fault. Thank you
