Redbus — Unethical behaviour - Not contacted properly | |||
Date- 25/11/2020 I booked a bus (MRM travels) through www.redbus.in website. But, before I reach the boarding point the bus has moved-on without any intimation. Even they didn't call me before leaving from the boarding point. Since it causes a huge inconvenience for me (both money and delay in travel), I would like to refund the amount without any booking charge. Please help ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
