My bus was scheduled at 9.30 pm but got delayed by 4 hours. I got info about it being 3 hours late well before time. I had been waiting ad trying to contact the operator for 1 hour but neither bus operator not redbus could respond as there is no tracking system. Moreover, I got a call from Ramdev travels to board the bus from the other side of the road as it was completing its previous trip. There is no customer care service to listen to the grievance. Highly unprofessional service. Will never ever recommend it to anyone.
