[Resolved] Redbus — Unsafe journey without a seat | |
3rd august 2020 i booked two tickets for the journey of 6th august 2020 (Berhampore to kolkata) When i go there today midnight 1am the bus operator of shyamoli paribahan said that this ticket was yesterday's ticket that mean this ticket date was 5th august 2020 & they show me some proof & said this is the problem of red bus, that time i am just helpless. After so many requests they provide me 1seat & other one sitting on the floor, this is so insulting for me. Today morning i am vomiting several times & my health is not gd because of the journey. I want my money back & compensation for this kind of irresponsible behavior. This is not the end, i have some proofs of the irresponsibility of red bus & shyamoli paribahan. Pls take it seriously otherwise i complain this to consumer forum & state bus agency. I will attach this proof. If today you are not response then i will take action. As discussed, we are processing a complete refund against the booking and the refund amount of Rs. 1055/- shall be processed to the account. For processing the refund, we would need to you to help us with the NEFT details via email at '[protected]@redbus.in'. We would need Bank Name; Branch Name; Account Number; Account holder Name and IFSC Code. Please help us with the details as requested and we are listening.
