[Resolved] Redbus — Very poor response team and not refunding my sleeper class bus tickets cancellation amount | |||||
I had booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Rajkot ticket no TK[protected] on 9 April 2017 in sleeper class bus but the sleeper couch was cancelled. I filled the complaint on 10 April itself, but since the last 15 day nothing had been done by redbus side and always telling me to wait for 24 hours. I am very disappointed with such poor service provided by the redbus.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
