[Resolved] Redbus — very very bad services from redbus citizen tours & travels | |||
Tickets from mumbai to hyderabad total 5 tickets citizen tours & travels all of they are above 52 years age. While booking tickets i kept the boarding point has mumbai central which it shown pickup van will pick. On the date of journey i got a call at 1:30 saying that we can't send the pickup van to mumbai central they said us to come by cad they refused to pay taxi charges also, i explain them it will be def cult to move with all the senior citizens from one place to other. After visiting to another pickup point he said us to cum another pickup point finally we missed the bus, my boarding is at 4:30. We spoke to the customer support of red bus in my 1st call i informed them that i want to speak with higher authority they kept me on hold for 20 minutes and disconnected my call. 2nd call same happen later i got call from red-bus they check with the person of citizen tours & travels but no use we payed again rs.3000 for the next bus to the citizen tours & travels person. I mistake is done from the travels they haven't provided the van at right time. Its really very very bad services from citizen tours & travels and even red bus for supporting the this kind of travels.
