[Resolved] Redbus — volvo bus did not reach its destination it broke down in mid way | |
I was traveling to Lucknow to Allahabad in Volvo bus but in mahipur Bhateri the bus was broken down I try to call redBus customer care many time but every time they say call after 42 hr I feel like it’s a joke and and not take care of people complaint seriously. I also find out that on this root Volvo always broke down and no 1 keep extra tire. I have to walk 5 km to take other bus.
