[Resolved] Redbus — vrl bus mh 09 0013 wrong drop off | |||
We booked a vrl bus for our daughter who was traveling alone from goa to pune... Journey date 17th feb 2019 drop off was on 18th feb 2019 @6:30 am. Drop off point while booking ticket we mentioned was swargate, but the bus dropped her off at katraj leading to a lot of inconvenience to her. 1st someone was to pick her from swargate so that person was waiyting there and she has been dropped at katraj. 2nd. She did not carry cash cause she had no need for it. 3rd autos were charging 250... This is fleecing rates. 4th ola and uber was not available easily All this she had to go through very early in the morning. How can we trust this bus in the future...
