Redbus — Worst Customer Service. Amount was deducted and was not refunded back. | |||
I booked a round trip on 17th April from hyd to blore and blore to hyd. Hyd to blore was successful but blore to hyd was failed and debited an amount of 2100 rs. I got a message form redbus saying that the amount will be credited within 7 days but it hasn't. Also dropped couple of emails to redbus at [protected]@redbus.in but nobody seems to reply back on that. This is abo[censored]ely ridiculous.I really dont know how do they provide customer service. Called on toll free number which doesnt work. Also called up customer helpline number for 2 days which is always in wait mode. Atleast they should be responsive and reply back. Nobody from redbus ever got back to me, its me who has to call 1000 times. Very very disappointing service. Was this information helpful? | |||
