Redbus — worst travel services | |||
Dear sir, This is to inform you that i booked a ticket on 17.08.2019 through redbus app for traveling from bhilwara (Rajasthan) to gurgaon. Traveling date was 18.08.2019. I booked 3 lower sleepers no. S13, s14 & s/b. Redbus ticket no. Is tn9e48798016. This has been my worst travel experience ever as i had to face following problems during this travel- 1. When we reached boarding point, we were informed that bus has been changed, from vishwakarma travels to kothari travels. Also, sleeper location were also changed. This time we were offered 2 lower sleepers positioning at middle of bus and 1 upper sleeper. 2. The scheduled departure time was 8:30 pm but bus departed by approx. 9:30 pm with 1 hr. Delay. 3. The behaviour of bus staff was very poor. 4. Just after leaving the boarding point, bus staff started inviting road side passengers, and stuffed all of them in bus corridor and driver's cabin. These passagers were keep talking and smoking whole night. 5. Suspension of bus was worst, and whole night we were jumping on our seats. We were feeling as rollercoaster ride. Probably bus driver was trying to make-up the delay by driving faster. 6. Our luggage were on stake, as it was kept with un-authorised, unknown passangers. I was travelling with my wife and two little kids (8 year & 4 year old). But due to above concerns we all were not able to take proper sleep whole night. I and my wife having extreme backache, whereas my kids have been feeling tired and sleepy for whole day. My wife, who is a teacher, had to take leave for today from her school and i couldn't have focused on my office job due to backache and sleeplessness. In view of above, i demand compensation from redbus for such a worst service which troubled us a lot. This compensation will include complete traveling fare plus compensation against trouble caused to us due to physical and mental harassment. I have cancelled my bus ticket on Aug 8, 2019 and still did not receive any update or any refund for the ticket TN[protected]. Process the request at the earliest as it has been 10 days by now.
