[Resolved] Redbus — wrong amenities mentioned and I paid more because of that

Hello.. I booked a ticket with redbus for hans travels for journey from indore to pune on 13 nov 2018. Bus was a non ac bus with 1500 inr as charges which was very high, but had washroom facility available. Being a girl it was o[censored]tmost importance for me. Before booking the ticket, i called hans travels office and enquired that the washroom is available as mentioned on redbus site or not. They said yes it's available. I even have the call recording. After boarding the bus, when i wanted to use the washroom at around 1 in the night, conductor said it's not working. I paid around 500 more for this washroom facility otherwise i had other better options for less ticket rates. I complaint regarding the same to redbus. But they just apologized. What about the trouble that i went through while peeing in the jungle. Hygiene is not a matter of concern even when pm modiji is trying his best to make swachta abhiyaan successful. I want my money back and strict action to be taken against bus travels for making hygiene a joke.
