[Resolved] Redbus — wrong boarding timing given from redbus.... bus got missed.. need refund | |||
Ticket Number: TMDN11083046 PNR: D3EZ3C99 I missed the bus as bus left Balurghat bus stop at 5.30pm... I contacted the person from Bus operator via contact number and they told me bus left an bridge a is under construction... But neither bus operators nor Redbus is responsible enough to inform me about the new timing... I want my refund back... For your mistake I am going to miss my train from Kolkata... And my train ticket worth Rs. 2000 is going to be cancelled...I tried to reach Redbus via contact number but every time call is cancelled... Was this information helpful? | |||
